High-level exchange on developing an H2 cooperation

From February 28 to March 1, talks were held with the relevant players from the sector in Morocco (Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Investment, Investment Agency and MASEN) as part of the visit to Morocco by Jürgen Friedrich, the BMWK's representative for hydrogen projects in third countries. The “Offre Maroc” (H2 strategy) was discussed in advance and the role of Germany as an important H2 off-taker was emphasized by the Moroccan side. The “Offre Maroc” provides investors with a framework for project development in Morocco and should therefore make a significant contribution to the market ramp-up.
