The BVMW Inaugurates Its Morocco Office in Rabat
On Friday, October 3, 2025, the German Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft – BVMW) inaugurated its Morocco Office in Rabat, in the presence of the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, H.E. Karim Zidane, and the BVMW Director General in Berlin, Christoph Ahlhaus.
This opening marks a key milestone in strengthening economic relations between Morocco and Germany. It aims to support the establishment of German SMEs in Morocco, foster industrial synergies, encourage cooperation in strategic sectors, and promote the creation of skilled jobs.
The BVMW signed several memoranda of understanding with the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE) and GIZ, confirming a shared commitment to encourage new business establishments, promote knowledge and technology transfer, and develop a model of sustainable economic cooperation.
